Keith McManus

Keith McManus is a West Virginia storyteller who doesn't think he is a storyteller, but when you meet him it is one story after another. You don't know if the story is true or if it's leading to another joke pulling the wool over your eyes. His spontaneous approach to storytelling will often refer to the situation at hand, using those listening as participants to fit the roles in the story.

He plays fiddle and banjo and sings and tells old and new stories, real life stories, Doddridge County stories, critter stories and jokes galore. He is a founding member of the West Virginia old time string band Stewed Mulligan.
